About Cecille Biaggi

Hi, I’m Cecille, a registered dietitian passionate about helping people improve their health through nutrition. I’m bilingual in English and Spanish and have experience working with a wide range of patients, from young adults to older adults, across different stages of health. Supporting individuals with diverse goals and conditions has allowed me to develop a practical approach to nutrition. I truly enjoy my work and find it incredibly rewarding to help patients better understand their health, feel more confident in their choices, and create a balanced way of eating that fits their everyday lives. My approach is rooted in meeting you where you are. I take the time to understand your routine, preferences, and what feels doable so we can build a plan that truly fits your life. I believe nutrition shouldn’t feel overwhelming or restrictive. Together, we focus on creating simple, sustainable habits that support your health goals while still allowing you to enjoy the foods you love. My goal is to help you feel confident, supported, and in control of your choices.
