The office visit was fine the only draw back was the practitioner prescribed the incorrect dosage, thank gosh the pharmacist recognized and had them correct it. I didn't appreciate when she called the office to tell them about the issue the following day the practitioner in for that day was very dismissive and she just said it wasn't me I wasn't there instead of we'll look into it and try to make sure it doesn't happen again.

I was seen right away. Not many people in urgent care in my neighborhood. Checking in went smoothly. I was asked various questions while in the exam room. The medical provider came quickly. I was put in a wheel chair and escorted to the X-ray room . X-rays were taken and after the X-rays were seen I was told that I had a fracture in my ankle. We talked about next steps. I was given a boot and crutches and left with my daughter. An appt. was made for me to see an orthopedist. Everything went very smoothly.

I was able to book an appointment quickly online and waited only a few minutes after arrival to be seen. The office was spotless and the staff members were courteous,compassionate, and professional. I was diagnosed with a left side pneumonia and as my symptoms were relatively mild, the plan of action was to go home on antibiotics with the warning that I should go to the ER if my symptoms worsened. By early the next morning,I felt rapidly worse and as advised I went to the ER where I found out that the pneumonia was now on both sides. I was admitted for IV antibiotics and came home after four days and am recovering. Talk about saved by the bell. Lucky I went to the right place !

The young man who checked me in was very polite and to the point. Raina (sp.?) who saw me first was great. Very efficient. Clear communicator. The doctor was just as good and I was out pretty quickly, but they did all that I thought was necessary.

The overall service was very good.
Staff should be in and ready to welcome patients. Our appointment was at 9 am and the office is still closed. This has to be addressed especially during the winter season.

Excellent, clean and quick! Front desk - she was so nice! Usually the individuals at the front desk at a doctor’s office aren’t that friendly. She was great, as were the individuals that examined my son. For something simple like pink eye or strep, would definitely choose them over the three hour wait time at the pediatricians office.

Provider and medical assistant were nice. However, wrong medication was sent to the pharmacy. When I contacted the office to have this corrected, the secretary that was in that day said that there was nothing on my chart/appointment notes about the medication that was supposed to be sent. The office said they would call me back but never did. A few hours later that same day, the pharmacy called saying I had medication to pick up.
