Both the nurse and the provider were pleasant but dismissive. The provider told me it's normal for a cough to last 2-3 weeks, but gave me some sort of a cough suppressant and an antibiotic because I asked for it.
After I told the nurse my blood pressure was uncharacteristically high, she asked when was the last time I saw my GP.

I waited so long just to get checked in tgat by the time I got to the desk and found out that it didn’t matter I had an appointment, I’m still treated as a walk in- I left. Office is small, dingy, no air flow, crowded. The receptionist was pleasant but overwhelmed. I felt bad for her.

I came and explained the situation, there was a young male nurse, I didn't know what he would answer my questions, I called the doctor, the doctor didn't come to me, the nurse couldn't take blood from my vein, then the doctor came and tried to take it, but it was very painful for me. It's terrible, I don't want to go there anymore

Last minute booking. Waited a couple minutes (answering questions) and immediately but into the exam room. I was in and out of there in less than 30 mins, picked up RX around the corner and Urgent Rx and also great speedy service.

I went in with a serious breathing problem. They were phenomenal. they gave me oxygenated medication. A shot and I felt better with prescriptions already waiting for me at cvs next door. Plus they all have a sense of humor.
