Dr. Cesar Rodarte is a Board-Certified Family Medicine physician with over 40 years of experience delivering compassionate, comprehensive care. Originally from El Paso, Texas, he completed his medical education in Iowa and went on to found Deseret Family Physicians, a multi-specialty private practice that served the Mesa and Chandler communities for more than four decades. In addition to his clinical work, Dr. Rodarte has participated as an investigator in multiple clinical research trials and previously served for six years in the Army National Guard, proudly contributing to the health and well-being of our country. Dr. Rodarte is fluent in Spanish and values building meaningful relationships with his patients to support their long-term wellness. In his free time, he enjoys playing golf, oil painting, traveling, and spending time with his wife, sons, and grandchildren.
