During our first visit, we take our time. I listen closely to your story, your symptoms, and what you’ve been carrying. There’s no rush — just space for you to share at a pace that feels comfortable. Together, we explore what you’ve been experiencing and what you hope to feel moving forward.
From there, we create a personalized plan that may include medication, lifestyle support, or other therapeutic recommendations. I explain everything clearly and make sure you feel informed and empowered before we take any next steps.
Follow‑up visits are collaborative and gentle. We check in on how you’re feeling, adjust treatment as needed, and celebrate progress — even the small steps. My goal is to walk alongside you with kindness, clarity, and steady support so you never feel alone in the process.

Honestly, from the moment I scheduled my appointment, everything was smooth and easy. I received all the forms right away along with clear instructions by text and email, so I knew exactly what to do before my visit.
I can genuinely say I couldn’t have found a better provider. Chabellys isn’t the type of provider who just prescribes medication and rushes you out the door. She took the time to listen to me, understand my concerns, and make me feel comfortable talking about what I’m going through. For the first time in a long time, I felt truly heard.
Even after just my first visit, I left feeling hopeful and supported. Chabellys is kind, compassionate, and truly cares about her patients. You can tell she wants to help people, not just treat symptoms. The staff was also incredibly friendly and helpful throughout the process.
