About Chana Ganz

Chana’s interest in nutrition was sparked in her teen years when she realized that the foods she ate affected her energy and fullness. Choosing the right types and amounts of foods gave her energy and satisfaction. At the same time food was confusing. So many people around her were at odds with food, struggling with the quest for weight loss, self control around food, and body image. This fueled Chana’s desire to learn more about nutrition, healthy eating, body image, and how to approach eating and feeding with joy and peace. Chana obtained her B.S. in Food and Nutrition from the University of Alabama and completed her internship through Keith and Associates Distance Dietetic Internship based in Oklahoma. A license is not required for this provider to see patients. This provider holds a Registered Dietitian certification with the Commission on Dietetic Registration.
