He also enjoys SCUBA diving, hiking, snow mountaineering, and exploring severe weather systems through applied meteorology and mesoscale analysis. What should a new client know about working with you?

After scheduling, please be prepared to receive a separate confirmation text and email from our practice. These will include your intake forms and other appointment information such as the location and directions to our office. All intake paperwork must be completed prior to the appointment to help prepare your provider for your upcoming visit. Failure to complete these forms in advance could result in us needing to reschedule your appointment.
