“Dr. Channing was thorough and she wanted to freeze some places on my face and explained that they would take 2 weeks to heal so I declined and she said it was my choice, She listen well and explained that I would come back in 2 weeks and get the results of the biopsies she took from my forehead and thigh . Her RN was great explaining and answering my question about using lotion on my skin while using the chemotherapy lotion for the next 2 weeks.”

Channing was so nice and got right to the heart of things, immediately reassuring me that my issue was very minor/nothing to worry about. her advice to prevent similar skin problems in the future was clear and simple. the entire staff, megan and natalie were so friendly and helpful. nice airy office with lots of light too. highly recommend!

Scheduled a video visit for today. Was told several different things from the doctors office. One person said they did video visits and the others said they didn’t. On Zocdoc they advertise doing video visits. They also asked me to go to another doctor where I live. Even though they said they had nothing had nothing to do with this doctor. You can’t count on this doctors office to do a video visit. Had to call several times and got hung up on and no one seemed to know what they were doing.

She was incredibly friendly, took the time to listen to all of my concerns, and addressed everything during the same visit. Even though my appointment was late on a Friday before a holiday weekend, I never felt rushed or dismissed.
