Being a new patient to her, I felt like I was not given a thorough exam. She spent more time on the computer than on me. While looking over my current meds, she mentioned that my cholesterol was great since I have not taken any medicine for that in over a year. I was certain that I was taking meds for that. So then proceeded to write prescriptions for all my meds. When I got home I looked at my prescriptions and I saw the medicine that I am taking for cholesterol (which she refilled).Then I asked questions about vitamins and my tiredness and fatigue. They were not completely addressed and on her way out the door I once again asked her about my fatigue, she said I would have to make another appointment that she didn't have the time to talk about anything else.

Most of the team was relatively abrasive. The visit felt uncomfortable. Frankly, customer service and care was poor. Unsure how this practice has accumulated as many reviews, given the doctor on site has only been there for a few weeks. Rather misleading. Would only recommend if you find yourself in desperate need to see a doctor.

Dr. Hodges was very polite and informative during my visit. She answered all of my questions and was very thorough in her exam. Most doctors rush through the visit; however, this was not the case with her. The M.A. that pre-screened was the nicest and most caring person I've experienced during a pre-screen. The office staff was very friendly as well and I was in and out without a hitch! I am happy that I chose this Doctor and health team as my new primary care team!

The front desk staff is very prompt and acknowledges you immediately - being a first time patient it took less than 5 minutes to get checked in and waiting no longer than 10 minutes before being seen. That's says a lot about the practice, Dr. Hodges and staff manages appointments properly and doesn't overbook which I appreciated. Dr. Hodges is very thorough, addressing all my stated issues and I could tell she was truly concerned about my health and invested in my well being.
