They told me to arrive at 8 am to fill out paperwork for an 8:30am appointment. I arrived on time. I waited over an hour. They said they could not get in contact with Chantel. They were concerned about her well-being, and one staff member even stated, “I hope she ain’t quit!” She finally arrived around 9:30am apologizing because they told her I was about to leave. She was VERY nice and sweet. I even considered being a returning patient. But I cannot take the risk of that happening again, as it was too unprofessional.

Love Mrs. Chantel!! Very knowledgeable, caring, patient, compassionate, and great bedside manner. Spent a good amount of time with me, went through different options and not once did I feel rushed. Will definitely continue to see her again and will have my adult children schedule with her.

Chantel Hale, MSN is amazing. Truly a blessing and wonderful addition to the medical field.
Not only does she listen, she also offers a considerate response to align with my needs and lifestyle.
She not only treated me that day, but looked further and gave suggestions to allow for a healthier future.
I drove almost 2 hours to see her and wasn't sure if I would continue, but I think she is totally worth it!
