Charla is an absolute dream! I sifted Zocdoc and luckily found her. She is very thorough and thoughtful about how she treats patients. She listens carefully and understands how to respond with a very streamlined approach. I felt comfortable asking questions and at no time did she make me feel uncomfortable about anything I was saying or asking, clearly communicating her reasoning and response. She wrote a detailed analysis of our conversation, listing all the medications, what they were and how they would affect me, which I can refer to if needed. I’ve never had anyone write a summary of our conversation before. Doctors and nurses can say SO many things that we may not fully understand and we may be embarrassed to ask again or have to write down. She reassured me that she would be sending me notes and that I did not need to write them down. She is the nicest human! Every time I hang up I know I’ve made the right decision in having her help treat me. May you be so lucky!
