Getting to know Charlene Staff

At Holiq Health, we focus on providing a holistic approach to behavioral health. We specialize in anxiety, depression, domestic violence, OCD, and ADHD. We offer both in-person and telehealth appointments. We accept North Carolina residents with Aetna, Blue Cross Blue Shield, Blue Care Network, and Cash Pay. You must be a North Carolina resident and present in the state at the time of your appointment. By using this site, you agree to our $50 no-show/cancellation fee. First Appointment: Your first appointment will be an in-depth evaluation lasting 30 minutes to 1 hour. We will review all current and past medications, medication allergies, hospital visits, medical history, mental health history, family history, and present symptoms. Together, we will discuss treatment options and develop the best plan of care tailored to your individual needs. I hold a Master's degree in Physician Assistant Studies from the University of Detroit Mercy, which equips me to provide comprehensive and compassionate care. Note: We do not manage crisis situations. If you are experiencing a medical emergency, please call 911 or go to the nearest emergency department or crisis unit.
