About Dr. Charles Armstrong
Born and raised in Tempe, AZ, Dr. Armstrong graduated from ASU with a degree in Biology. He then served the homeless in downtown Phoenix for a year at Andre House before attending medical school at AT Still University, School of Osteopathic Medicine in Arizona.
He completed his family practice residency in Wichita, KS at Via Christi Medical Center while simultaneously earning specialist credentialing in HIV & AIDS. He is board certified in Family Practice by both the ABFM and AOBFP, and a certified HIV/AIDS specialist by the AAHIVM.
He is married with 5 children and a parishioner at Our Lady of Mount Carmel. He remains an active member of the Catholic Medical Association, and is passionate about integrating chastity, virtue and wellness in his practice of medicine.
In his free time he enjoys participating in long distance endurance sports, coaching Little League, hiking and camping with his family.

Provider Charles Armstrong was very rude and unprofessional during my visit. I was laughed at for my physical pain and for having depression and anxiety. I paid my copay and got the day off of work for him to come into the room for maybe 5 minutes stating there’s nothing he can do and just laughing, almost mocking me. I felt very disrespected and have informed all family and friends of the unprofessionalism at this practice. Do not waste your time here. I left crying and feeling worse than I did prior to going in. If I could give 0 stars I would.

Not a very good Experience with the provider. I had visited them with complaints about pain in the abdominal region. In the first visit they recommended to have blood work done along with chest xray and ultrasound and left abruptly . In the next visit they just went over the results and when asked to understand what is the reason for the pain doctor said I don’t know and left. Need to find a new physician.

I was nervous about seeing a new Dr but that feeling went away as soon as I entered the office. The soft Christian music playing in the background, pictures of the Virgin Mary and crucifix on the walls put me at ease. All of the staff were very warm and friendly and Dr was patient, listened to me and his professionalism, knowledge and kindness were such a relief. This office was superior to any other Dr office I have ever visited.

The office is very hard to find; prepare extra time so you can “wander” around and find it, as there are no signs from the road (it took me asking directions of a different office in the area to find it, they seemed very familiar with the question). The office staff are kind and helpful. The office itself is pleasant, although filled to the brim with Catholic imagery and symbols. The provider himself was okay, he was a good listener. He seemed weary, maybe because he was behind on the schedule.

Dr. Armstrong was very patient. Great listener. Staff was fast. Very respectful. Overall experience was way above five stars. Definitely recommend this doctor to any woman that is hesitant on a male doctor, best i've ever had!!!! ??

Yes it was good the staff was friendly and also the doctor was friendly also he greeted us and he was very pleasant and very kind asking what was wrong and he new answer's right away and he is very good what he does and I would recommend to anyone if the have health problems.
