He LISTENED, asked important questions and immediately made the right changes to my prescription medications. I will meet him in person for our next appointment in his office. I felt seen and heard and that he has my mental care as his priority. Everything we discussed has been followed through, even my medical work accommodations at work. I needed that reassurance and look forward to his professional care. I feel comfortable with sharing my condition and expectations. I would recommend.”

As a nurse with over 20 years of experience in mental health care, I have dedicated the past decade to serving individuals as young as 5 years old in my role as an advanced practice nurse. I earned my Bachelor's degree from Liberty University, my Master's in Nursing from Walden University, and a Post-Master's Certificate in Psychiatric Mental Health Nursing from the University of Cincinnati. I treat everyone as if they were the most important person in my life.

Mr. Charles is the best psychiatrist I have ever seen. He is so knowledgeable on almost everything. He will always listens to me and my concerns. Very intelligent and professional. I will not see another psychiatrist in Georgia. He’s stuck with me!!

Charles is always prompt on time and thorough for every appointment. He is always professional and is always willing to listen to any concerns I have. He is polite and genuinely cares about my wellbeing. He is very personable and always asks how I am and my family. He always asks questions pertaining directly to information we conversed about on previous appointments. Furthermore when sending Charles concerns or questions through the patient portal he always responds very quickly. Thanks Charles

A+ experience! Was able to get a prompt appt. Arrived 20 mins before my scheduled time and was seen immediately. Charles Guillaume listened to my concerns, answered my questions and took all the time necessary to do so. Would recommend him to anyone in need of counseling/ therapy services.

By far one of the most considerate and sincere doctors I've spoken to. Great listener and doesn't just have a 5 minute conversation and sends you on; he actually talks with you about your symptoms and anxieties!
