What should a new client know about working with you?

When working with me, you can expect a calm, respectful, and collaborative experience. I take time to listen and understand what’s been going on for you, without rushing or making assumptions. My goal is to help you feel comfortable, supported, and involved in your care. I believe in clear communication and practical treatment plans. I’ll explain options in straightforward language and work with you to choose an approach that fits your goals, values, and daily life. Whether we’re discussing medication, lifestyle changes, or next steps, we’ll move at a pace that feels right for you. Above all, I aim to create a space where you feel heard and respected. You don’t need to have everything figured out before your visit — we’ll work through it together.

What is your typical process for working with clients?

My process starts with getting to know you. During our first visit, I take time to understand your concerns, history, and what you’re hoping to get out of care. There’s no pressure to have everything perfectly explained — we’ll talk things through at your pace. From there, we’ll review treatment options together. If medication is part of your care, I explain the reasoning, benefits, and possible side effects in clear, straightforward terms. I focus on practical, evidence-based approaches and tailor recommendations to your needs and comfort level. Follow-up visits are focused on checking in, making adjustments as needed, and supporting progress over time. My goal is to provide consistent, collaborative care that helps you feel supported, informed, and confident as we move forward.
