What should a new client know about working with you?

When you work with me, you’ll find a warm, supportive environment where you can feel safe to share your thoughts and feelings. I take a collaborative approach, focusing on your unique needs and working together to find the best path forward. We’ll move at a pace that’s right for you, with me supporting you every step of the way.

What is your typical process for working with clients?

In our initial session, I will take the time to understand your history, symptoms, and what you’re looking to achieve from treatment. We’ll discuss your medical background, mental health history, and any previous treatments you’ve undergone. Based on this information, we’ll collaboratively decide on the most appropriate course of action, which may involve talk therapy, medication, or a combination of both. During each follow-up session, we’ll explore your thoughts, feelings, your progress, and work on strategies to manage your mental health.
