“Dr. Kitchens Jr. Is a top notch doctor. He listens to your complaint addresses them immediately, great advice and diagnosis. He is always on time if not a few minutes early for his appointments. I am making Dr Kitchens my new primary care provider after my third visit with him due to his attention to detail, listening skills and ability to come to the right diagnosis. I highly recommend this doctor for anyone. I would give him six stars but it's not possible. He actually does seem as he cares about you personally and does his best to not just treat the symptoms but get to the root of the true problem.

Charles Kitchens, NP-C is the founder and CEO of Advanced Practice Telemedicine. He began his career as an Advanced Practice Provider in 2014 after obtaining a Masters Degree from Georgia College and State University. He furthered his career as a Nurse Practitioner by practicing in the Emergency Room at Spalding Regional Hospital. There he served as the Lead Advanced Practice Provider for over 5 years.
Charles has been successfully practicing in Emergency Medicine and Urgent Care since 2014. As an advocate for universal healthcare, he founded Advanced Practice Telemedicine, LLC. Our focus continues to be inspired through telehealth and we are constantly taking new patients.

Not very personable. He was very short. Made the appointment short as possible often cutting me off to hear all of my concerns and to prescribe immediately. Seemed very impatient

He didn’t show up to appointment. I left voicemails. He scheduled appointment for a later time without my permission and then I called to tell him we couldn’t make it and that he can’t schedule random appointments. He did it anyways and then charged our insurance. I will be contacting my insurance company for false appointment. Very unhappy

He was late to my appointment and my son‘s appointment and then tried to schedule appointment for an hour and a half later when we were no longer available and we were in church and then I talked to him on the phone and told him that we couldn’t make those appointments and he’s still booked appointments in charged our insurance anyway ?

I could not access the safari app in which his browser supports. I tried to call his office number but couldn’t get a human. I also called ZocDoc and was put on an almost ten minute wait, I hung up. It’s very frustrating to not be able to connect and having no way to contact someone.
