I saw Dr. Schaeffer for just about a year and he was so helpful in getting my sleep back on track, and helping myself to realize the larger issues that were contributing to my sleep problems. After my sleep improved, Icontinued to see Dr. Schaeffer because he was helping me better understand myself more clearly.

I see Dr. Schaeffer every week and I feel it has benefited me greatly. I have gained much insight into what I need to work on to continue to grow and he is there to support me the entire way through.Dr. Schaeffer really listens to me and understands my issues and gives me guidance without judgement. Most importantly this line of work seems to be not just a job for him but a passion and it shows through during the sessions.
