“Dr. Charles Wade is a phenomenal virtual physican. My husband and I are also patients at Mayo in Phoenix, Az. Dr. Wade is empathetic, no nonsense and detail oriented. His services are streamlined and efficent. Dr. Wade has come up with more treatment options then Mayo Prostate Cancer Oncologists. Dr. Wade listens and he prioritizes patients needs like no other. We also like the fact that he keeps patients up to date with regards to medication side effects. At the end of the appointment he summarizes each step the patient needs to accomplish. He also calls in prescriptions almost immediately. A+++++”

I have been a patient of Mr. Wade's for a year now. I can assure you I have never been listened to, taken care of, or checked in on more by any other provider than Mr. Wade. Hes extremely attentive, knowledgeable, kind, patient, and fully listens as you speak. I cannot imagine going to anyone else- EVER!! Where he goes, I will follow! Best care hands down! Thank you for allyou do for all your patients, Mr. Wade. We appreciate your care so much!

I cannot speak highly enough about Dr Wade! He is kid, competent, available & more importantly happily advocates for his patients like you could only hope your provider would. He makes himself available as much as needed and makes sure you feel like he is always there. I cannot be more grateful for a health professional that has never made me feel rushed, judged, not heard r forgotten about the moment I walked out. Thank you Dr Wade!! To anyone considering seeing him, you will not regret it! He will be clear if he doesn’t think he is best for you, you cannot ask for me!

Dr. Wade is more available and responsive than any other physician Ive seen and always addresses all my issues and is very accommodating, kind, and has excellent bedside manner. I feel heard and validated always and have recommended him to friends/family. Being virtualmakes it especially convenient during the cold right now when leaving the house is dangerous. Im grateful to have found Dr. Wade when I was struggling to trust any doctors for the issues I struggle with.

I felt very unsure about what I was experiencing and what the different solutions were and he was very thorough in explaining it all. Very comfortable due to is bedside manner and the way he listened to my concerns and did not interrupt or rush me. He was really focused on helping me and addressing my situation. Vey knowledgeable about the concerns and situation I was dealing with. I have seen a few psychiatrist and I was just another person to them. Charles actually wants to help people. Im glad I was able to find him. He has helped me so much. Thank you Charles Wade!!!

I've been to so many different doctors regarding my health issues and not once have I felt as I am heard until I found Dr. Wade! Not only does he take the time to listen to you; he makes you feel that you matter! He does everything he can to make you feel comfortable and does his best to help you! I highly recommend him !! Charles Wade, FNP, is extremely knowledgeable and has helped me tremendously in getting my medications figured out so I finally feel like a normal person again. Appointment times are very convenient, with a wide range of hours, and I’ve never had to miss work to be seen.
Charles truly listens to all of my concerns and never makes appointments feel rushed. He is attentive, thorough, and genuinely cares about his patients. Same-day appointments are available, communication is easy, and everything is handled efficiently.
I recommend anyone and everyone establish care with Wade’s Care First. It’s rare to find a provider who is on top of things, accessible, and patient-focused. I could not be happier with my care.

I thought that Dr. Wade was kind and patient. He answered all of my questions. He has a very warm disposition. He offered me good advice and has been supportive and helpful on my weight loss journey. I started seeing C Wade in August of 2025 from my 1st appointment he was extremely professional, knowledgeable able to get me in same day that I needed the appointment, he has been able to monitor my condition very closely. His time and attention to my concerns are focused on the highest importance. His knowledge for my issues surpasses any other medical professional I’ve ever encountered. Highly recommended, easy to voice all concerns and issues without feeling judged or misunderstood.

I had been dealing with issues after my surgery on my right ankle I went back to the same doctor and they kept telling me nothing was wrong. Nothing was wrong. Dr. Wade ordered an MRI and finally we have answers. He is very thorough, caring, kind, and compassionate about his patients. If it wasn’t for him I don’t know where I would be at with my injury. I would trust him with my life and for me to say that when I hate going to the dr or hospital is huge. I am so thankful for him listening to me and not stopping till we had answers. Thank you Dr. Wade!! I am forever grateful!

Because of the trust and consistency Dr. Wade provides, I have never felt more supported by a doctor. He has an incredible bedside manner and genuinely cares. He has personally texted me back-and-forth to check on me, explain things, and make sure I’m okay — something you just do not find in healthcare these days.
His telehealth visits feel personal and human, like he’s actually sitting with you. He never rushes, listens without judgment, and truly takes the time to understand your concerns. Being able to get same-day appointments when needed, even outside the typical Monday-through-Friday schedule, has made a huge difference for me.
He goes above and beyond in every sense, and I am incredibly grateful to have found a doctor who makes healthcare feel human again. We truly need more providers like Dr. Wade.
