My goal is for you to leave each appointment with a plan, confidence in your next steps, and the support you need to move forward. As we continue working together, your treatment plan may be refined over time to ensure it continues to meet your needs and helps you achieve lasting wellness.

What is your typical process for working with clients?

I believe mental health is just as important as physical health, and I take a whole-person approach to treatment. Rather than focusing solely on symptoms, I strive to understand every aspect of your well-being. I value collaboration and believe the best outcomes come from working together to create a care plan that fits your lifestyle. Because healing is not one-size-fits-all, I tailor treatment to each individual and adjust it as your needs evolve.
