    I have never been seen by someone that was so uninterested in discussing options. There was 0 energy on her part except for when it was time to disconnect the video call. I did not like how treatments were chosen after I reported that I did not like a particular path. Her response was to just do another thing that was essentially the same... There's no paitent portal. Tried to leave her a message to say I didn't like the new path, no response after almost 2 weeks. I can let apt and let them know all this and they swear that they never got the voicemail. There are better options out there; don't waste your time with Charlotte. I was shocked that this was my experience after reading her reviews, but it is what it is.
