About Charlotte Robertshaw
Everyone deserves patient-centered healthcare. And I believe this starts with a collaborative relationship with their provider. I love learning about the person so that we develop a relationship to help them achieve their healthcare goals. I especially like working with older adults, providing preventive care and empowering patients through education.

I arrived to my appointment however I was told I was not in the system. When I explained I booked through Zocdoc the receptionist stated their Zocdoc team must have not communicated with the office and the appointment was double booked as they had someone else in that time slot. That it might have already been booked and it was not updated on Zocdoc. This was very disappointing and frustrating.

Great appointment experience; Front desk was a bit difficult to work with but Charlotte was able to confirm I didn't need 'Amazon One Medical Premium' and that the appointment was in fact a covered annual checkup.

Great experience! Charlotte Robertshaw provided me with an ideal doctors office visit; she was very kind, knowledgeable, took the time to answer my questions and was very patient. Would highly recommend! The rest of the staff there were also awesome!
