Getting to know Charlotte Savill

I am Charlotte Savill, PMHNP-CNP, APRN, a board-certified Psychiatric Mental Health Nurse Practitioner dedicated to helping individuals achieve balance, healing, and resilience. My passion lies in providing compassionate, evidence-based mental health care that meets patients where they are, whether they’re struggling with anxiety, depression, trauma, ADHD, or complex psychiatric needs. As the founder of ADOM Wellness, PLLC, I am committed to creating a safe and supportive space where patients feel heard, valued, and empowered. My approach blends clinical expertise with a personalized, holistic outlook — addressing not just symptoms, but the whole person. I believe mental health care should be accessible, collaborative, and tailored to each individual’s unique journey. Through therapy, medication management, and integrative strategies, I strive to help my patients build stronger coping skills, improve daily functioning, and reclaim joy in their lives.

What should a new client know about working with you?

I accept self-pay but NO Medicaid patients. When providing your information, please Provide all information including your address. At ADOM Wellness, I believe in creating a safe, supportive, and judgment-free environment where you can openly discuss your concerns. Our first session will focus on understanding your mental-health history, current symptoms, medical background, and treatment goals so we can build a personalized plan together. I value clear communication and collaboration, you’ll always be part of every treatment decision.

What is your typical process for working with clients?

At ADOM Wellness, my approach is compassionate, collaborative, and evidence-based. I believe mental health care works best when clients are empowered to take an active role in their treatment. 1. Initial Evaluation (First Appointment) Your first visit is a comprehensive assessment lasting about 60 minutes. During this session, I’ll review: Your current concerns and goals for care Mental-health history and past treatments Medical history, medications, and lifestyle factors Screening tools (such as PHQ-9, GAD-7, or ADHD assessments) From this evaluation, we’ll establish an initial diagnosis and discuss individualized treatment options, which may include medication, therapy referrals, or lifestyle recommendations. 2. Personalized Treatment Planning Together, we’ll design a treatment plan that fits your unique needs. This may include: Medication management with ongoing monitoring Non-stimulant or stimulant ADHD treatment (when appropriate) Management of anxiety, depression, mood, or trauma-related symptoms Collaboration with your primary care provider or therapist Education on medication safety and self-care strategies 3. Ongoing Follow-Up Visits Follow-ups are usually scheduled every 4–8 weeks depending on your needs. Each session focuses on: Evaluating medication effectiveness and side effects Tracking progress toward your goals Adjusting your treatment plan as needed Providing emotional support and psychoeducation For clients seen via telehealth, an in-person visit every 3 months is required to ensure safe and compliant care. 4. Coordination and Continuity of Care With your written consent, I collaborate with other members of your care team (therapists, primary-care providers, or MAT programs) to ensure continuity and safety. My goal is to make your care seamless and well-coordinated. 5. Empowerment and Partnership You are always part of the decision-making process. I provide guidance and expertise, but
