I absolutely loved the way she made me feel instantly calmed down. I have lots of anxiety at the doctors office and the warm personality and friendly bedside manner was something I have never experienced until my visit with Dr. Young. I was nervous the entire time but it was less scary with her constant reassurance.

The entire process, from checking in to completing my visit, was extremely efficient. The staff checked me in right away and took me to Dr. Young’s office immediately. Dr. Young arrived shortly afterward. She performed a thorough examination, explained the medication to me, and answered my questions patiently.

My appointment was doubled booked with someone else. After the examination, I waited for more 40 minutes because no one informed the nurse to do my blood work. After waiting too long I told the receptionist that I had to go so they run around to find the nurse assistant. The nurse assistant was nervous when she took my blood. Maybe she was very junior or new hired. She could not take my blood in the first shot. I said I could not do it today and left. In general I will not come back this place because I can find a better service elsewhere. The doctor is very good and nice but double booking is the way of this place and personally it’s not well organized.

Had a great 1st appointment. The doctor spent at least 30 minutes in the room with me taking a complete history and discussing my needs and goals. I really felt heard and am looking forward working with her moving forward. Also, while they're open to patients of types the clinic specializes in working with folks who work in theater / live performance industries. It was nice to spend any time explaining what I do for a living and why my schedule is so crazy..

Dr. Young was personable, friendly, and explained everything in detail. She’s actually really funny imo and honest. Office staff was great, the office itself was clean and nicely decorated with all the Broadway show pamphlets.
I think the most confusing part was finding the entrance to the building bc Apple Maps leads you to the corner of the street. The entrance is between the Super Dry store and gentleman’s club.
