About Dr. Chau Nguyen

Philosophy of Care I strongly believe in working with each individual to prevent disease development as the primary goal. My philosophy is to promote health by treating each person as a whole—body, mind, and spirit. Each person has the ability for self-healing. As an osteopathic physician, my goal is to assist my patients in promoting health and healing through osteopathic manipulative medicine and medical acupuncture, along with conventional medicine. I earned my Doctor of Osteopathic Medicine degree from the Philadelphia College of Osteopathic Medicine. I completed my internship and residency in Family Medicine at St. Joseph Medical Center, and I hold a bachelor’s degree from Franklin & Marshall College. Personal Interests Professionally, I have a special interest in osteopathic manipulation and medical acupuncture. Personally, I love gardening, visiting family, and going out with my husband for ballroom dancing. Lately, my favorite activity is spending time with my young daughter.
