Dr Chee Yeung Chan is one of the most kind, courteous, caring doctors at Optum. Above all he is so knowledgeable. He listens and speaks to you in terms a layman can understand. I think he is an amazing person as well as an amazing doctor.
The reason I gave the rating I did is because Dr. Chan is one of those rare doctors that will actually listen to your concerns and talk about alternatives to help achieve goals on making you the patient healthier and comfortable in doing so.
