What should a new client know about working with you?

Working with me is structured, collaborative, and results-focused—designed for high-achieving adults who are tired of “quick fixes” and want real clarity (especially when ADHD, anxiety, depression, burnout, and sleep issues overlap). You’ll get a true comprehensive evaluation, not a rushed med check. We start with myJourney, our secure intake that organizes your full story (symptoms, medical history, routines, stressors, strengths, goals, identity, and what’s already been tried). When it’s clinically appropriate, we add Creyos cognitive testing to bring objective data into the diagnostic process—so we’re not guessing. I reserve 60 minutes for your initial visit to put the whole picture together and translate it into a plan you can actually use. My approach is precision + whole-person psychiatry: • Evidence-based medication management when appropriate (minimal effective dosing, thoughtful monitoring) • Skills you can use immediately (CBT-based tools, behavior strategies, executive function supports) • Lifestyle medicine for sleep, nutrition, movement, and nervous system regulation • Mindfulness / stress physiology tools to improve resilience and reduce overwhelm • Evidence-informed supplements and integrative options when they make sense for you • Coordination of care with your therapist, PCP, or other clinicians (with your consent) You can expect a warm, direct, nonjudgmental space. I’m LGBTQIA+ affirming, culturally responsive, and committed to care that respects your identity, values, and lived experience.

What is your typical process for working with clients?

Initial Contact (Scheduling + Fit) Our care coordinators will quickly: • Confirm insurance coverage and review out-of-pocket costs • Clarify your goals (e.g., ADHD, anxiety/depression, burnout) • Send your myJourney link and collect key history • Schedule your comprehensive evaluation (typically within 1–2 weeks) Before Your Visit: myJourney (20–30 minutes) You’ll complete myJourney, our secure, adaptive intake that organizes your full clinical story—so visits focus on insight and action, not paperwork. Objective Testing (When Indicated) If appropriate (often for ADHD or executive function concerns), you may complete Creyos cognitive testing in a distraction-free setting. This provides objective data to support diagnosis and guide treatment over time. First Visit (60 minutes): Comprehensive Evaluation We’ll review your myJourney results, history, and goals, and discuss how attention, mood, anxiety, sleep, stress, trauma history, medical factors, and lifestyle interact. Creyos results are reviewed in follow-up visits. You’ll leave with: • Diagnostic clarity (and differential diagnosis when relevant) • A personalized treatment plan and next steps • Clear expectations for follow-up and progress tracking Follow-Ups: Precision Treatment Visits are typically weekly or biweekly at first, then monthly once stable. Treatment is refined using: • Your lived experience and symptom tracking • Side-effect monitoring and response patterns • Objective measures when helpful (brief scales and/or Creyos) Continuous Care Your plan evolves as your life changes. The goal isn’t just symptom relief—it’s better focus, steadier mood, improved sleep, stronger stress tolerance, and sustainable performance without burnout.
