About Chelsea Pambianco

I was drawn to the field of Dietetics as a result of navigating my own diagnosis of IBS. The more I learned about nutrition and how certain foods and stressors impacted the management of my gastrointestinal (GI) symptoms, the more empowered I felt that I was in control, and in tune, with how my body felt. My goal as a Registered Dietitian is to help my clients reestablish trust with their bodies, whether that trust was broken by a functional or inflammatory GI condition, or from years of engaging in disordered eating behaviors (e.g.��fad�� dieting).
