I have worked with a wide range of concerns including, but not limited to, depression, stress and anxiety, self-esteem concerns, substance use and coping with addictions, relationship issues, coping with life changes, and personal growth. My orientation is tailored to the unique needs of each individual, and I collaborate with each client to develop personalized treatment plans.
