From when I arrived, I was greeted with a friendly smile. Then the assistant took me to the treatment room, which was very clean. Cherie came in, introduced herself. She listen’s and explained what she felt I had and did the procedures. Overall was a great experience.????

I was skeptical about visiting a dermatologist again because the last doctor not only didn’t listen to me but barely looked at me. She not only made eye contact with me but was super welcoming, she listened FULLY, was attentive to my needs and SUUUUPER informative! I literally had no questions because she answered ALL of them. Cherie Sloan was friendly, patient, attentive, and seemed very knowledgeable. I was very nervous before my appointment but she made me feel very comfortable.
PS I did not feel comfortable with the nurse or assistant who took me to the exam room...she was very business like (not friendly) and I did not feel relieved of my nervousness until Dr. Sloan came into the room...it was like night and day.
I would recommend Dr. Sloan to anyone who needs a dermatologist.

I would go back. It was a nice experience however my GPS thought the address was 10min down the road. I manually looked up the same address and was shown a different location. I had to backtrack 10 minutes.

The receptionist was very kind and helpful when I checked in. She explained everything to me in simple terms that I could understand. The nurse that helped me was very nice too! She talked to me about what was going on and seemed to genuinely care. When the doctor came in, she was very thorough when explaining everything, which I appreciated!
