My expertise is maternal and child health, enteral nutrition, and weight management. I focus on quality service while maintaining exceptional communication and organizational skills. I approach nutrition counseling with a supportive and open minded attitude focusing on overcoming barriers and obstacles. We will set short and long term goals and incorporate solution-oriented nutrition education and counseling. In your first session you can expect questions regarding your personal history including your health background, family and medical history, personal interests, why you're interested in working with a dietitian, and your expectations with Nourish.
