About Cherith Zorbas

NP Zorbas is a board-certified Family Nurse Practitioner and Mental Health Nurse Practitioner who provides high-quality care in a patient-centered environment. Her clinical areas of focus include chronic pain management, substance use disorder treatment, and mental health care. She is passionate about alleviating unmanaged pain, skilled in interventional techniques, knowledgeable about medication management, and committed to thinking outside the box to enhance patient outcomes. With a mission to build lasting patient relationships, she connects with her patients on a deep level and often cares for entire families across generations. She offers in-office and telehealth consults, medication management, and minimally invasive pain interventions, including peripheral muscle, joint, and nerve injections. Education and Professional Experience: She graduated with a Bachelor of Science in Psychology from George Mason University and worked as a therapist and research specialist before pursuing a career in nursing. She earned her Bachelor of Science in Nursing from Duke University and worked on a trauma transplant floor at Duke University Hospital Center before returning to Duke for her Master's in Family Health Nursing, graduating in 2016. She worked in chronic pain management for several years before obtaining her Post-Master's Certificate in Psychiatric and Mental Health Nursing from Liberty University and transitioning to substance use disorder treatment.

Always wanted to know how I was doing ,,, and we talk about my issues with my pain,,,,she was very concerned and always wanted to know was my pain better or worse each time. We also did some treatments in the office as well. She is a considered doctor,,, thanks for everything you did for me !!!!
