About Dr. Cherrelyn Seegers

Dr. Cherrelyn Seegers, is a licensed Doctor of Chiropractic who has been in practice for 24 years. She is new to Florida, coming to us via Bellingham, Wa. where she owned a busy chiropractic, massage, and nutrition clinic. As a graduate of the University of Colorado, with a degree in Exercise Science, and a graduate from the University of Western States in Portland, Or. (formerly Western States Chiropractic College) where she earned her doctorate in Chiropractic and a certification in Functional Medicine and Clinical Nutrition, she brings to Goldson Spine a vast skill set rich in clinical diagnosis and treatment of neuromusculoskeletal injuries and conditions, as well as systemic inflammatory and autoimmune disorder treatment through the use of nutrition and lifestyle modification. Dr. Seegers is also an athlete, she has a past history as a competitive triathlete and runner, and has taught group fitness since the age of 17. This collective experience drove her to achieve an in-depth and personal knowledge of injury prevention and treatment, and in Bellingham, she was known for being a sports medicine chiropractor. She states, ” Even if you do not consider yourself an athlete, the truth of our human state of being is that we were designed to be in motion, so if you feed your body well and treat your body to movement, then every-body is athletic, and this is how we maintain health and wellness.” Dr. Seegers looks forward to meeting you soon and getting you “BACK in motion” at Goldson Spine and Rehabilitation in Aventura.
