“Although I had insurance this boutique medical office was not satisfied with their reimbursement from my insurance and billed me an outrageous amount. If I knew ahead of time what their rates were and what i would be responsible for I would NEVER have went.
This isn’t the provider’s fault as it’s not her private practice. She was extremely attentive and responsive to my needs. Maybe I’ll visit her somewhere that accepts my insurance and doesn’t charge me more than my copay for covered services.”

I went in for an annual exam and wanted to start medication for my anxiety after it was recommended by my therapist. The physical exam done felt minimal. When she went to do the abdominal exam she went on top of my clothes which included a sweatshirt. I brought up the topic of medication, she brushed my concerns aside and told me that everyone has anxiety. I left feeling disappointed and unheard.

Was a friendly staff and was a clean and beautiful environment. The only problem is that the actual doctor we had made some comments that made us uncomfortable. I had went with my Twin and she had told my twin a negative remark about my body and then made comments about what my Twin should do in the future that was inappropriate.
