I support young adults through older adults with a focus on anxiety, depression, PTSD, and women's mental health. I earned my Doctor of Nursing Practice degree from Aspen University School of Nursing Elwood Campus, which has equipped me with advanced skills to provide comprehensive psychiatric care. In our first meeting, we’ll explore what’s been challenging and begin building a plan to help you feel more balanced and empowered. Many of my clients choose to wait on medication until they feel fully ready—and that’s okay. I believe success looks like progress at your own pace, with improved mood, better coping, and a renewed sense of control in your life.
