Cheryl was really informative and encouraging in our appointment. I wanted to see a dietician that I was able to relate to and who wasn’t forcing any “extreme diets”, as I met with her regarding weight loss management. Cheryl listened to what my needs and requests were, and worked with me to create realistic and achievable goals to weight loss. I highly recommend!

Cheryl was patient with me and very knowledgeable about all the intertwining nutritional facts and falsehoods that we should know about. She also has Zumba, Barre-Code and personal trainer background if needed advice in addition to her Dietician background. Who better to guide you through this journey of healthy eating.

I am so happy I decided to take the plunge and meet with Cheryl regarding my nutrition needs. She is very warm and friendly, and approaches the situation with a “you can do it!” attitude. I love how she offers numerous different options for healthy eating without feeling like you are on a diet or feeling restricted in any way. I have learned so much from her and highly recommend her to anyone who wants to learn more about their body’s nutrition needs in an easy to understand, yet backed completely by science way. She has changed my relationship with food and I am so grateful!
