I waited for my virtual appointment for over an hour. I was logged in ahead of time, and the provider never attended the appointment. I called the office twice to check to see if the provider was aware i was waiting in the virtual waiting room, the staff that answered the phone was very nice and sent a message to the nurse practitioner but she nver responded. I understand medical providers run behind, but a phone call from someone to apologize would have been nice, even if it was hours later. I'm still waiting for someone to call me to reschedule the appointment. Hopefully, they don't waste my time a 2nd time.
