What is your typical process for working with clients?

I work with clients who are struggling with depression, anxiety, relationship challenges, and trauma. During our initial sessions, we will explore your unique experiences with these concerns, and develop a plan to heal and build the quality of your life. Most of my clients begin to experience symptom relief from the first session onward.
