“This was a new patient visit for my daughter and we could not be happier. She was super easy to talk to, instantly put my very nervous daughter at ease, was extremely thorough and informative. She has an excellent bedside manner and we never felt rushed or like just another appointment. Our wait time was very minimal. I did have some issues with the new patient paperwork in the portal. I couldn’t get it to load but with a quick phone call, they resolved it and even stayed on the phone with me to make sure I got it filled out. My only complaint was that we were getting a lot of feedback during the call. I don’t think that was anything the provider could control however. Overall, we had a great experience and highly recommend!”
