I didn't always envision a career in medicine - especially since hospitals once made me nervous. But life has a way of shaping our purpose. My mother's rare illness, my own health journey, and a deep desire to help others opened my eyes to the impact compassionate healthcare can have. Those experiences ultimately led me to pursue a career as a Family Medicine Physician Assistant. I am truly grateful for the opportunity to practice medicine and serve the community that has given my family so much. I believe healthcare is most meaningful when patients feel heard and respected in a partnership where they can ask questions, share concerns and feel comfortable making decisions about care that is aligned with their priorities and values. Family medicine allows me to care for the whole person - not just a diagnosis - and it is a privilege to walk alongside patients in their healthcare journey. When I'm not in the clinic, you can find me with my husband and our three boys, watching them play sports, enjoying music together or serving the youth in our church community.
