During the first therapy appt with Dr. Nnah she mentioned pills. My daughter needed therapy sessions we weren’t looking for prescriptions I advised her of this and continued the first session and booked another session. My daughter has had therapy before with other therapist (who’s never mentioned prescriptions)which she enjoyed and it helped some. With Dr. Nnah my daughter expressed that the therapy sessions werent what she liked or have experienced before. She expressed that it was hard to talk to her and there was always a “awkward silence” like Nnah did not know how to talk to her or express herself. When logging into her 3:30 session she logged in at 3:40 and was waiting until 3:42. I sent a screenshot to Nnah at 3:42 to show her she was waiting for her to join. Nnah text me letting me know there’s a 10min grace period but I was within that time. She didnt join the appt but texted me for 20 min until 4pm when her appt was supposed to end then asked would I like to reschedule.
