My appointment was 11 am, I got there on time. I waited in the lobby about 1 hour and 40 mints and finely I was called in a room by a nurse, and waited another 10 mints in the room until the doctor showed up.
I went to the pharmacy the same day to get my medication but the pharmacy told me they did not get any order from this clinic. I had to call the clinic the next day several times to get my medication. I was very frustrated.
