Bedside manner is lacking, didn't connect with provider on any level, provider's comments about ongoing conditions came off as skeptical and unsympathetic.
Combined with clerical issues re: scheduling and a lack of patient control over such scheduling, I decided to seek care elsewhere moving forward. Perhaps your luck will be better.

Just had my first appointment with this doctor and she made me very comfortable off the bat. She listened to my ramblings and actually cared about what I had to say. It was also nice to be able to laugh with someone when otherwise discussing an uncomfortable topic. Very personable, made sure I knew I could reach out to her with any issues, highly recommend.

She took her time and really listened to me and how I felt. She was very personable and caring. I did not feel rushed or like she was just trying to diagnose me/ just give me medication. I have seen 3 psychiatrists in my lifetime and she is the only one who actually took her time and gave me and listened to me.

I felt heard and seen during the scariest time of my life. Dr. Eziakor truly listened and got all of the information to make a diagnosis and a treatment plan, a plan I intend to follow. She also said if it doesn't work, we'll try something else, which is very important for me to hear. I truly look forward to working with her as my psychiatrist. I cannot recommend her enough.

First I love the availability. She always has time for me, even if it's last minute. I spoke to countless doctors about my situation and no one would help me. I explained my situation to Dr. Eziakor and she immediately knew what to do and was more than willing to help me. So many doctors don't listen to their patients and end up making matters worse. It was such a relief to have a doctor actually listen to me and understand what a difficult situation I was in. I highly recommend Dr. Eziakor and I look forward to working with her going forward to get my life back on track.
