As a board-certified Psychiatric Nurse Practitioner, I work alongside individuals to create tailored treatment plans that support healing, growth, and long-term wellness. With experience in both inpatient and outpatient mental health settings, I treat a range of conditions including anxiety, depression, ADHD, insomnia, and mood disorders. My approach integrates evidence-based modalities such as Motivational Interviewing, Motivational Enhancement Therapy (MET), and Supportive Psychotherapy to help individuals make meaningful progress. For those facing treatment-resistant depression, I offer Spravato® therapy as an innovative, evidence-based option when traditional interventions haven’t been effective.
