What should a new client know about working with you?

I emphasize holistic care that combines insight-oriented and skills-based approaches. I gently guide clients to explore the root causes of their symptoms, fostering a deeper understanding of their emotional and relational patterns. At the same time, I will provide practical strategies, focusing on therapeutic techniques to help clients feel better in the present moment.

What is your typical process for working with clients?

My priority when working with new clients is ensuring they feel safe, heard, and like equal partners in the therapeutic process. I strive to create a warm, welcoming environment that allows you to feel comfortable sharing, vulnerable, and secure. During the introductory session, you can share your story and what you hope to achieve in therapy. We’ll work together in the following sessions to actualize goals and plans.
