Our patient population spans the lifespan. Our goal is to help our clients improve their overall mental health and quality of life by providing evidence-based, integrative, empathetic, and individualized care. Chidimma Nzoiwu is a dedicated Psychiatric Mental Health Nurse Practitioner with five years of experience practicing in Family Practice. She earned her Master's in Family Nursing from Chamberlain University and holds a Post-Master's Certificate in Psychiatric Mental Health Nursing from Valdosta State University. We are passionate about providing quality, evidence-based, and affordable care with access for all patients. We offer virtual appointments in GA, FL, AZ, NY, NC, and CA. We see clients with mental health disorders such as depression, anxiety disorders, ADHD, schizophrenia, bipolar disorder, eating disorders, and substance abuse disorders. At HealthStat Clinic, we treat all clients with respect and dignity. Your overall mental well-being is our number one priority.

More information on payments and coverage
Payment is due after each session and will be charged with your card on file for any portion of patient responsibility. Receipts will be provided at the time of the charge. This typically takes place 2-4 weeks after the session, once your insurance has had a chance to process the claim. We try our best to verify eligibility, but it is ultimately your responsibility to check coverage and out-of-pocket costs for services. For out-of-network visits, you will be billed at the provider’s self-pay rate, and we can provide an invoice for you to submit to your insurance for potential out-of-network reimbursement based on your plan’s benefits.
