During our first session, we’ll spend time talking about what brought you in, your mental health history, and any symptoms you’re experiencing. Based on our conversation, we’ll discuss a personalized plan that may include therapy, medication, or both. Follow-up visits focus on how you’re feeling, what’s improving, and any adjustments we might need to make. My goal is to create a safe, supportive space where you feel heard and empowered in your care."
