I believe that healing begins with compassion, respect, and genuine human connection. My guiding principle is love, and my personal motto is "Be kind to everyone." I strive to create a safe, judgment-free environment where every patient feels heard, valued, and supported.
As a compassionate Psychiatric Mental Health Nurse Practitioner (PMHNP-BC), I provide evidence-based care across the lifespan, including children, adolescents, adults, and older adults. I treat a wide range of mental health conditions, including anxiety, panic attacks, depression, bipolar disorder, mood disorders, obsessive-compulsive disorder (OCD), schizophrenia, trauma-related disorders, and substance use disorders. I also provide medication-assisted treatment, detoxification support, Transcranial Magnetic Stimulation (TMS), ketamine therapy, medication management, and psychotherapy, including individual, family, group, and Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT).
My goal is to partner with you on your journey toward healing, resilience, and lasting emotional wellness—because everyone deserves hope, healing, and compassionate care.

I was nee given the impression that time was limited or that she had to attend to some other people.
