Chiji earned his Master of Science in Nursing from the University of Texas at Austin and completed a Post-Master’s Certificate in Psychiatric Mental Health Nurse Practitioner (PMHNP) from Maryville University. Throughout his professional career, he has been dedicated to the behavioral health field, starting as a Behavioral Health Technician and advancing to roles as a Registered Nurse and Nurse Practitioner.
Chiji has experience in both inpatient psychiatric hospital settings and outpatient clinics, treating adults and adolescents from diverse backgrounds. His practice emphasizes a holistic approach, considering the psychosocial aspects of an individual’s life beyond their diagnosis.
In his free time, Chiji enjoys staying active, whether by exercising at the gym or riding an elliptical bike at home while catching up on TV shows or sports. He also values family time, often gathering with relatives who live locally in the DFW area.

My process begins with getting to know you as an individual, not just your symptoms. During our initial sessions, I take the time to understand your concerns, medical history, lifestyle, and goals. Together, we will develop a personalized treatment plan tailored to your unique needs, which may include medication management, psychoeducation, and a focus on holistic care.
I prioritize open communication and collaboration, ensuring that you feel informed and empowered throughout your journey. Regular follow-ups are an integral part of the process, allowing us to assess progress, address any challenges, and make adjustments as needed to optimize your care. My goal is to help you achieve meaningful, sustainable improvements in your mental health and overall well-being.
