My services include psychiatric evaluations, medication management, and therapeutic interventions designed to help you achieve your goals. I take a holistic approach, considering every aspect of your life to create a personalized treatment plan.
What is your typical process for working with clients?
Starting your mental health journey can feel overwhelming—but you don’t have to do it alone. My approach is centered on compassion, collaboration, and whole-person care.
We begin with a comprehensive virtual evaluation where I take the time to truly understand your experiences, challenges, and goals. From there, we create a personalized treatment plan tailored to your unique needs, which may include medication management, supportive therapy, and holistic strategies.
Through ongoing telehealth sessions, we’ll monitor your progress, make thoughtful adjustments, and ensure you feel supported every step of the way. My goal is to provide a safe, non-judgmental space where you can heal, grow, and regain balance in your life.
