From there, we create a personalized treatment plan tailored to your unique needs, which may include medication management, supportive therapy, and holistic strategies.
Through ongoing telehealth sessions, we’ll monitor your progress, make thoughtful adjustments, and ensure you feel supported every step of the way. My goal is to provide a safe, non-judgmental space where you can heal, grow, and regain balance in your life.
